Responsibility

  1. Market Research:
    • Monitoring latest car market trends (General tendency, segments trends, pricing situation etc.);
    • Customer research (Analysis, evaluation of latest demographic, buying preferences, purchase process and other trends). Organization of local internal surveys (if necessary);
    • Analysis of Honda product competitiveness towards key competitors;
  2. New product planning (development stage):
    • Form product requirements considering latest market trend and secure efficient communication with headquarter to implement it;
    • Product development support (by request of information or translation);
  3. New product planning (launching stage):
    • Creation of local product launching strategy;
    • Sales promotion launching events planning and carry out involving all relevant Departments to discuss and fix key targets and action plan;
    • Sales promotion plan implementation - support and coordination all new product launching activities (Advertising, PR, Sales and etc.);
    • Review and study past launching activities achievements (gap analysis plan vs. result and propose necessary action);
    • Monitoring of product line-up sales situation and propose necessary action.
  4. Pricing:
    • Monitor pricing situation;
    • Prepare price proposal study (General sales pricing trends, competitiveness analysis incl. value analysis).
  5. Dealer Preparation:
    • Organization of new product sales training (including training materials preparation);
    • Carry out regular product training for new Honda dealer associates.
